A combinator is something that explains the relationship between the selectors.<\/p>\n<p>The four types are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>descendant selector (space)<\/li>\n<li>child selector (&gt;)<\/li>\n<li>adjacent sibling selector (+)<\/li>\n<li>general sibling selector (~)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I can see I&#8217;ve got some work to do on the CSS for this WordPress theme, too &#8212; the text in the bulleted items, above, is a larger font-size than the rest of the post.
